Please note that we do not accept returns on custom goods. Once an order for a customized item is, it is final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refund Policy
For custom orders, we have a limited refund policy. If there is issue with your order due to a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will review your case and may offer a partial refund or replacement. Please note that refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect personalization provided at the time of order
Refunds on pre made items
At Top Tier W LLC we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 5 business days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging ( hats must still have original cardboard in them.
